Pediatric Safety Beds

Fully enclosed pediatric beds with 360 degree side enclosures, in manual and electric configurations, plus safety enclosure frames and canopies that fit existing hospital beds.

These beds are for children who are at risk of injury from leaving a standard bed unsupervised, including children with autism, seizure disorders, and developmental disabilities. Enclosure height runs up to 24 inches above the spring, and mattresses are included with the bed systems.

Coverage for enclosed beds is possible but rarely automatic. Most plans want documentation of a specific safety risk and evidence that less restrictive options have been tried. We have gone through this process before and will tell you honestly what your odds look like before you invest time in it.
