Accessibility Statement

Flow Medical serves people managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, and living with disabilities. A website that is hard for our own customers to use would be a poor way to run this business.

Our commitment

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, at Level AA. That means readable text sizes and contrast, full keyboard navigation, meaningful alternative text on images, properly labeled forms, and compatibility with screen readers.

Known limitations

This site is actively being built and we are not there yet. We would rather say that plainly than claim full conformance we have not verified.

If something does not work for you

Tell us, and we will fix it. Email info@flowmedicalmn.com and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. If a page on this site is keeping you from requesting a product you need, call us at 651-703-0388 and we will take your request over the phone. You should never have to fight a website to get medical equipment.
