Flow Medical bills insurance directly for covered medical supplies and equipment. Before anything ships, we check your benefits with your plan and tell you exactly what you will owe. No surprise bills.
In-network plans
We are in network with these plans:
- Medicare
- Medical Assistance (MA), Minnesota Medicaid
- Humana
- HealthPartners
- Hennepin Health
Out-of-network plans
We also bill these plans as an out-of-network provider:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Medica
- PrimeWest Health
- South Country Health Alliance
Out-of-network coverage depends on your specific plan. Some plans pay less out of network, and some do not cover out-of-network supplies at all. We verify your benefits first, so you will know your cost before you decide to go ahead.

What you'll need
Your insurance card (front and back), a prescription from your provider, and your provider's name and contact information. We collect these when we contact you, not through the website. If you don't have a prescription yet, reach out and we can often work with your provider's office to get one.
