What's in it

About 4 cup equivalents of fruits and vegetables per 1000 mL. A plant-based protein blend scores a PDCAAS of 1, the top rating for protein quality. Soluble and insoluble fiber help support digestion and normal bowel function. Organic olive and canola oils supply oleic acid, linoleic acid, and alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3.
