What's in it

About 1 cup equivalent of fruits and vegetables per 1000 mL. Protein comes from milk protein concentrate, chicken, and pea protein, which together score a PDCAAS of 1, the top rating for protein quality. Soluble and insoluble fiber help support digestion and normal bowel function.
