McKesson Ultra is a disposable pull-on protective underwear for heavy bladder incontinence. It goes on and off like regular underwear, and tear-away seams mean it can also be removed without undressing, which matters for anyone with limited mobility or a caregiver working around a wheelchair.

Built for skin health

The soft, cloth-like outer material breathes rather than trapping heat, and a premium acquisition layer pulls fluid into the core quickly instead of leaving it against the skin. The dual-core design locks wetness away and lowers the pH of urine, which cuts odor and reduces the skin irritation that comes with prolonged exposure.

Fit and leak protection

A comfort stretch waist holds the fit without digging in, and inner leg cuffs add a second line of defense at the most common leak point. Not made with natural rubber latex.

Size and packaging

Large fits a 44 to 58 inch waist. Packaged 18 per bag, 4 bags per case.
