Peptamen Junior 1.5 is a calorie-dense, peptide-based tube feeding formula for children ages 1 to 13 with impaired GI function. It provides 1.5 kcal per mL, with nutrients that are easier to digest and absorb. Unflavored, in a 250 mL carton.

Built for tolerance

The protein is 100% whey, enzymatically broken down into peptides. 60% of the fat comes from MCT, which helps with fat absorption. It also has 6 g/L of partially hydrolyzed guar gum, a soluble fiber.

Growth and bone support

Includes the CalciLock blend of nutrients for healthy bone development, plus 0.6 g/L of EPA and DHA omega-3s.

Common uses

Impaired GI function from conditions such as critical illness, transplant, cystic fibrosis, Crohn's disease, cerebral palsy, short bowel syndrome, malabsorption, and chronic diarrhea. Also used for growth failure, malnutrition, fluid restriction, early tube feeding, and moving off TPN.

Suitable for lactose intolerance. Gluten-free and kosher.
